CAKE UPDATE
I never use the cake item. I only sometimes like to use the candle on cake feature just for fun, but I never really use it as a food source because it can't stack and isn't edible unless you place it down. In this data pack I have added these features (and some more) to make cakes easier to use.

FEATURES
This is a small quality of life data pack that adds a few more features to the Cake item.
Firstly, you can now stack a cake item up to 16 instead of the cake being unstackable. Cakes are also able to be consumed straight from the hand, not only when placing it down. The cake eaten as an item fills up 14 hunger points (that's 7 whole hunger icons).
Also, you can pick up a cake again with any silk touch item. So if you accidentally placed it somewhere you didn't mean to place it, just pick it back up again!
Cakes can also be mined faster when using any hoe.
Lastly, I added a parity change from Minecraft Bedrock that plays the eating sound and show eating particles when eating a slice of cake.

If you were wondering. Yes, all the old functionality is still there, I just added some features.

HAVING ISSUES?
If you have a cake that for some reason doesn't want to stack or is not able to be eaten, just throw the cake on the ground and the issue will be fixed (shown by the particles around the cake).

UNINSTALLING THE DATA PACK
Do you want to remove the data pack from your world? Just type /function cake:uninstall and remove the file from your datapacks folder. This will get rid of every code maybe left in your world when removing the data pack.

ACCIDENTALLY UNINSTALLED THE DATA PACK?
No worries. Just reload your data packs by typing /reload in the chat, and everything is reinstalled (unless you already removed the file from you data pack folder).
