Minecraft Flattened keeps the vanilla world generation while replacing most gradual slopes with broad, flat terraces. Mountains, oceans, caves, structures, and biomes still generate normally, but the terrain becomes much easier to build on without turning the world into a superflat world.

Compatibility

This datapack was created using an old datapack template, so Minecraft may display a compatibility warning when loading it. You can safely ignore this warning.

I have only tested it on Minecraft 26.2, but it may also work on other versions that use the same world generation format.

Notes

This datapack changes world generation, so it is intended for new worlds only. Existing chunks will not be affected.
