With this datapack you can capture almost every entity into a spawn egg.
You first have to craft the crafting modifier:
Then you can activate the modifier by replacing the workbench item with the modifier.
Whenever you put eggs in it and a compatible mob is standing on top of the crafter, you will be able to capture it:
