This datapack prevents ocean monuments from generating and kills any guardians that spawn. It has been tested on Minecraft 1.20, 1.20.1 and 1.20.2 but might work in earlier versions.

EDIT: I tested it on 1.19 and it worked fine. I assume this means it works on all 1.19.x versions as well.
