Animal-Table
Place a cauldron on the ground fill it with water and drop in it a raven feather and a flamingo feather. You get the feathers by killing the animals. Now you can put the items dropped by the animals (like camel leather) in the designated area and you will get a spawn egg from that animal. Place a cauldron on the ground fill it with water and drop in it 2x Iron-ingots, 1x Diamond, 1x Redstone-dust. Open the animal table, press the golden gear and place your upgrade in the free area.

Just paste it into the datapack folder and reboot your sever
Make sure all players on the server have downloaded and activated the resource pack
Does this pack come with spawning eggs? Since so far I haven't seen any of the animals and I am wondering if it's actually working correctly. Any way to check?
If that doesn't work, you may have done something wrong with the installation.
