Download link just sends you to some URL Tracker and forces you to enable Notifications, there's no download. Borderline adware.

Good afternoon, you do not have to enable Notifications, only disable your adBlocker, and after you can skip add. It's a support system. But if you are not ok with this, I can give you an other links.
