love this datapack for balancing my ultra hard survival server with friends. Is there any way to edit the pack so that I can swap out the elytra item frame for something such as a beacon or other loot?

Unfortunately, this cannot be done by changing the structure, but you can use functions that will replace all elytra within the item frames with other objects
