No Oceans

Removes Minecraft's oceans in the Overworld and the Nether,

I accomplished this by changing each dimension's default fluid to air in:

data/minecraft/worldgen/noise_settings/overworld.json
data/minecraft/worldgen/noise_settings/nether.json

This seems to have really messed with ocean generation in some strange ways,

To use the pack,
Before you create your world click on datapack,
Then open folder,
Then copy the zip to that folder it opens,
Then go back to Minecraft,
Add the pack,
Then create your world
