this datapack took longer than expected but i got it out, so you may be saying "but didn't you JUST make a ocean only datapack?" yes, i did, difference is this one turns every biome into a ocean biome, it gives them some ocean structures and mobs but the biomes keep their own structures as well, the nether is all lava oceans (obviously) and the end actually turns into a ocean instead of staying the same, so this one is different enough to qualify as a new datapack
