Nutrition is my take on one of Minecraft's oldest problems: why would anyone ever bother eating more than one type of food? In this data pack, each food is given a new deliciousness points stat (known as DP) that changes dynamically based on your diet.
Eat too much of one food at once, and you will risk getting Hunger status effects – even Nausea, if you really overdo it. On the other hand, the longer you don't eat a certain food, the more appealing it gets. Delicious food has a chance of giving you extra Saturation – even Absorption, if it's really tasty.
Nutrition is designed to appeal to a wide range of people, so it's ideal for multiplayer. In it, you will need to switch foods occasionally, not every five minutes. And even if you don't want to change, there's no overly harsh punishments for sticking to one food, like poison or death. Those who take the time to curate their diet well, of course, will be nicely rewarded for it. Enjoy :D

🔢 Options menu
A custom options menu for Nutrition is available via the /function mp.nutr:display_options command (picture shown below). You can use this menu to test out the data pack, customize your experience with it, or uninstall it.
📝 Guide book
Everything you could possibly want to know about Nutrition is written up in a fancy guide book that I wrote! You can even access it in Survival using /trigger mp.nutr.guide, but be careful, you're only allowed to receive one copy!
ℹ️ Extra info
On average, you will be able to eat more than half a stack of most foods (like cooked meats, cooked fish, mushroom stews, golden carrots, etc.) before they start to become a problem, assuming they start out at the default deliciousness level. If the food is tastier than default, you'll be able to eat it for even longer than that before having issues.
In this data pack, all foods have been organized into different food groups. For best results, don't just switch between different foods – alternate between several different food groups, too.
To see the deliciousness points of all of your foods, use /trigger mp.nutr.stats, which works even if you're in Survival. You can use it to keep track of your current food, check which ones to avoid eating, or plan your next dietary decisions!

And also players cannot use the /trigger commands avaliable to get the guide book or to see their stats, unless I use /reload everytime a player joins the server.
We are playing on Aternos (Forge 1.19.2) and the datapack is on the correct folder.
Do I really need to /reload everytime?
OBS: In singleplayer it works fine.
