Tweaks the pillager mob

Features:
-Pillagers now behave like piglins when attacking; they back off if their target is too close while shooting them with
-Pillagers' loot table have also been changed, now they can drop the following:
>Damaged iron chestplate
>Emeralds(1-2)
>Arrows(1-2)
>Carrots
>Potatoes
>Sticks(1-2)
>Brewing stands(they stole these so the witches can brew potions)
>Leather(1-3)
>String(1-3)
>Iron ingots
-Pillager captains can now drop torn maps that lead to mansions, witch huts, villages and outposts(Thanks Suspicious Stoo for this)

-Fixed a bug that causes pillagers to sometimes not get knocked back when backing off
-Pillager captains can now drop maps leading to villages and witch huts

Pillagers freaks me out when they looking at me from far away(commonly from Pillager patrols).
Can you remove that?

Nice! I like the behaviour change idea. BTW, in case it interests you; I set up a loot table for Pillager Captains to drop exploration maps leading to the nearest Outpost for another datapack. Send me a message if you want the loot table entry :-)
