A simple datapack that makes wither skeletons drop their skulls even when they are killed without player involvement.
It modifies the wither skeleton loot table so skulls can drop from automated farms, allowing you to AFK your wither skeleton farm and still collect wither skeleton skulls without needing to kill the mobs yourself.
