How do I activate it? Im a noob on datapacks. Sorry for my english :)

When you download the zip file, you have to open it, not necessarily extract it. You'll find a folder with the same name, which you have to move into the "datapacks" folder from the Minecraft world were you want the data pack. If you don't know how to find it, open up Minecraft, click the world and then edit. You can open the world folder from there.
