Light your builds and cities with automatic lights!

Proximity Lamp adds 5 functionalities to manage lights. Redstone lamp and candles.

Procedure:

  • Place a redstone lamp or a candle
  • Throw material on it

Materials:

  • Redstone: proximity toggle. Level 1 to 5, tweak distance detection.
  • Quartz: night mode. Only enable at night.
  • Redstone + Quartz: proximity toggle, only at night.
  • Glowstone: permanent lit. Alternative to redstone power.
  • White Wool: toggle sound when enabling light. Default OFF.
  • Bonemeal: decrease redstone proximity level. Finaly destroy it.

To adjust options to your needs, use:
/function fkpls:options/get

Since this datapack is in 1.21. Do you plan on making this datapack work with the copper bulbs?

Good point. The bulbs already have some feature to be turned ON/OFF.
So, I'm not sure it require the proximity system.
Do you think about a specific feature?

I'm planning on using this data pack in my multi-year series I'm about to start on my YouTube. I've found some very minor bugs that have arisen, due to the undocumented change in 1.20.2 where all values must be in quotes.

data\fktool\predicates\entity
files in_snow_eye and in_snow_feet
The 1 and the 0 need to become "1" and "0" respectively.

Just like you are trying to drum up a little business by sending people to the Patreon site for the enhanced edition, and I will be linking people to your data pack, I would appreciate a little traffic my way, too. As a way of saying thanks for finding the bug.

I hava a question, if i have a server with friends, my friends can use the datapack if the datapack is on the datapack folder and working?

on server, you just put the file in the main world, then every one can use it!

I tried to use in 1.19 version and don't work, the datapack say about require a recent version for use, can you post the 1.19 dowload? (also don't work, for that i writting)
