How to install Minecraft Data Packs

Level 56 : Grandmaster Programmer

A datapack, which brings the RageMode from servers to your map. It adds a bow which schoots exploding arrows and you can setup your inventory with only one command. Unfortunally it was at the moment not possible to add the axe to the plugin but mabe it will be possible in the future.
If you have any idea how to improve the datapack, please let me know in the comments
