    By default, this datapack removes one chunk from your world every 10 seconds (200 ticks). You can change the time between each deletion with the following command : /scoreboard players set $Cooldown rand_del_chunks <ticks>
    Note : 1 second = 20 ticks

    I'm playing on 1.16 but its not working I opened the zip folder then put it into my game but it still won't work

    There's no need to extract the zip archive so that's probably the reason why you can't get it to work.

    Can you update to a later/older version by editing the .mcmeta file

    It's not only updating the mcmeta file. It may take much more time to update it correctly.

    Is starts automatically if you've installed it correctly and if you're using it in the version it's made for.
