This is a datapack meant to completely remove vanilla phantom spawning, as well as add alternatives for getting Phantom Membranes.

Changes from this datapack:
- No matter what you try, as long as this datapack is enabled and unaltered, the gamerule doInsomnia will always be set to false.
- Bats now drop Phantom Membranes.
- However, to discourage aimlessly running around, trying to find bats, as well as to encourage further exploration of your Minecraft world, you can find many Phantom Membranes in each End Ship. (Any other datapacks that change end ships may have conflicts with this datapack!) There's also an extra 2 loot chests in each End Ship, as a little thank you for having this datapack installed!
