Sacrifice mobs to your local deity in return for magical powers...How unusual
This is my submission for Datapack Jam 8!
Sacrificial Sword Recipe
Drop a sacrificial sword onto a block of gold surrounded by 8 soul sand to create an Altar. After creating an Altar, a short dialogue will start, which will explain the specifics of the plugin.
Completing a Sacrifice
In order to complete a sacrifice, drag the designated baby mob to the center of the Sacrificial Altar. Then drop a Sacrificial Sword into the middle of the altar.
Sacrificial Score
As you sacrifice more mobs, your sacrificial score will increase. There are two ways of obtaining magical items
1. Achieve certain milestones of sacrificial score, where you will be rewarded with blessings and items
2. After completing every sacrifice, there is a chance of a magical item spawning. Be careful though, as sacrifices often attract dangerous ghouls, which will attack you.
Mob Rarities
There are 14 different mobs you can sacrifice, and each mob is sorted into a different rarity(Common, Rare, Exotic). Depending on the rarity of the mob, the chances of obtaining a magical item and the quality of the magical item will increase.
Common - 25%
Rare - 35%
Exotic - 90%
