【 IMPORTANT NOTES
- Genesis only works on versions 1.20.2+ but it is STRONGLY recommended to play on 1.20.2 as due to command/syntax changes on Mojang's end, there may be more bugs present in versions 1.20.3+
- Both the datapack and resource pack work on Vanilla Minecraft. Optifine, Forge, or other clients are NOT required
- It is strongly advised that you load the datapack on a new world or create a backup of your old world before you play

【 What is Genesis MCRPG?
A passion project pioneered by Electross alongside an international team of datapack developers, artists and builders with a vision of creating an immersive RPG experience while preserving the vanilla-esque style of Minecraft, all in a simple datapack. Founded in April of 2023, the Genesis development team has painstakingly worked to create a Minecraft experience like no other. Genesis MCRPG features everything from custom mobs, blocks and tools to a fully featured stat, ability, mob leveling and mana system. We wish to expand upon the foundation of Minecraft and add features for players from all groups and cultures to enjoy.
