Adds scatter bombs to Minecraft. do "/function tnt:give" to receive 16 scatter bombs. When placed scatter bombs will summon a 21x21 sheet of TNT 50 blocks above where you place it. They are perfect to destroy a large area of land quickly. Also it may lag your game if you place too many of these so be careful!
Any entity tagged with "bomb1" will also have the same effects as the scatter bomb.
