This datapack may help you with your server. If you're in the Moderator team you can noclip through walls and enable godmode for yourself. The commands are /trigger noclip_on /trigger noclip_off /trigger godmode_on /trigger godmode_off.
I also added the commands /trigger fullbright_on and /trigger fullbright_off. Everyone on your server if in the team Moderator or not can execute these commands which basicly gives them nightvision.
