Hello people,
Here comes my second datapack for a server utiliy. It is annoying when the day cycle is still working when nobody is on the server, so this datapack solve this problem by stopping the day tick when nobody is here, and start it again when someone connect.
If there is a problem, you can start the time again with /function server_time_controller:start or by stopping it with /function server_time_controller:stop. Or maybe load it again with /reload or /function server_time_controller:load.
PS: Tell me if there is some bug and I will correct them
