How to install Minecraft Data Packs

Just does one thing - makes it possible to obtain mushroom blocks by using shears on them, in addition to using silk touch. That means mushroom stems, brown mushroom blocks, and red mushroom blocks for building cute mushroom cottages and things like that before needing to get your enchanting setup done. :)

I'll add a version for 1.19.2 when I get a chance - feel free to comment and remind me to work on that!
