I've searched for something like this here before, didn't seem to find it. Created it for myself and so I thought you guys may also enjoy this.
This datapack let's you obtain Budding Amethyst when mined with Silk Touch Pickaxe!

Simply drag the .zip file in to your world or server to /datapack folder!
If you're already ingame type: /reload
If not simply start your world or server and it will work.
(You can type /datapack list and it should appear under the name: budding amethyst.zip)
