Allows players to use silk touch on budding amethyst blocks.
The block will drop a budding amethyst block when a player is within 7 blocks holding a diamond pickaxe enchanted with silk touch.
Feel free to improve this pack if needed as this pack will not check how the block was broken, tnt and pistons will still make it drop in item form if the player is nearby holding the silk touch pickaxe.
