Simple Furniture
This datapack introduces three distinct furniture blocks: 'Stools,' 'Tables,' and 'Chairs.' Each furniture block is craftable using various wood types, such as 'Oak,' 'Mangrove,' 'Acacia,' and more. With a total of 11 wood types available in Minecraft, this adds up to an impressive collection of 33 unique furniture blocks.

Please be aware that the furniture blocks you're working with are, in fact, entities. This means that having a large number of them put together in a single area can potentially lead to performance issues and lag. It's advisable to keep this in mind while using this datapack.

future updates
If this datapack garners a substantial number of downloads, I would be inclined to initiate regular updates. These updates could encompass a variety of enhancements, including the introduction of new furniture variants, enabling players to elegantly drape carpets over the furniture pieces, and a plethora of other innovative features.

I suspect this problem might be due to the fact that you might not be playing on the latest version of Minecraft (1.20 or newer).

This datapack is only compatible with versions 1.20 or newer. Trying to use it on older versions may lead to potential issues with the datapack. If you're playing on Minecraft 1.20 and the datapack still doesn't seem to work properly, you can try reloading the datapack using the command /reload. if the datapack is working proberly you should be able to break the furniture like any other block in minecaft

To remove one piece of furniture you can use the following command

/execute as @e[tag=furniture,sort=nearest,limit=1] at @s run setblock ~ ~ ~ air

Executing this command will cause the nearest piece of furniture to drop
