This doesn't work as intended in the Nether; it looks like you try to copy the helmet to 0 -64 0, which is not a valid location in the Nether. In theory it should also break in the End but I can't test that right now.

This bug results the destruction of whatever is currently in the helmet slot of the player, and the duplication of whatever is in the hand slot. Obviously this can and will be exploited!
