Replaces the vanilla compass with a compass that tracks one player.
Compasses point to the tracked player's last position, which you refresh by dropping the compass (Q).
It uses the new 1.16 Lodestone compass mechanic.
To set a target player use this command:
When a player leaves the overworld, the compass points to the targets last position, which could be the nether portal or end portal.
