Simple Telescope

Hello PMC,

This is a simple datapack that adds a simple telescope: a bottle of water! Simply drink a bottle of water and you will zoom in on whatever you are looking at. The bottle will be refilled so you can use it to exit telescope view. Installation is also very simple, install the datapack and reload. It only works with bottles of water so be careful not to lose the bottle in telescope mode.

(Two things to note: Don't fill your inventory up and drink the bottle from your offhand, as the bottle will be chucked in front of you. Also, if you are playing in the 1.16.2 snapshots or above, it only works if your FOV alteration is not 0)
