This pack adjusts the most cumbersome mobs without having to remove them or disable mob griefing

Creepers: Creepers no longer break blocks on explosion. Instead, they release a poison cloud that goes through shields
Phantoms: Phantoms now burn in all light, including light given off by torches
Ghasts: Ghast fireballs have been changed. They still do damage, but no longer cause explosions

Why not just disable mob griefing?
Disabling mob griefing prevents ALL mobs from changing blocks. This includes farmer villagers, bees, and snow golems, which you might not want to disable.

Is there a way to toggle the phantom part? I really like the other 2 changes but I like phantoms the way they are.
