Sleeping heals you!

  Commands:
`/trigger sleepheal` - toggle sleep healing (per player)
`/trigger sleepfeed` - toggle sleep feeding (if admin enabled)
  OPs can use theese commands:
`/function sleepheal:config` - to configure the data pack (cooldowns and feed)
`/function sleepheal:uninstall` - to uninstall all releavent scorebaords/tags.
