Allows you to sneak on Scaffolding when not looking downwards.

- This works by setting the block below you to a bamboo plank when relevant, but don't worry, if that bamboo plank is broken, there's a safety check that still makes it drop a scaffolding, so there should hopefully be no way to abuse it.
- Note that if there is another scaffolding next to yours, that will also not work, as replacing the block below you with a solid one could break other scaffolding, as shown and explained on the video.

This is a simple DataPack that is very likely to work well and not have many bugs, but I haven't tested it much so feel free to leave feedback.
The performance impact should be light and the collision detection should be very accurate as I designed it in a smart and clean way.
