This datapack adds new loot for the spawner, the Soul Spawner (you can get from 1 to 3 per spawner) have 3 rarity when they are placed in a stonecutter they allow to select your spawn egg.
NB = To configure the datapack use the command :
/function spawncutter:settings
This command allows:
Enable/Disable the spawner loots:

Soul Spawner Common
Soul Spawner Rare
Soul Spawner Epic
Silk Touch Spawner

Enable/Disable the XP drops for:

Spawners
Skeleton Horse
Zombie Horse

Or else Enable/Disable:

Craft Spawner
Skeleton horses loot this egg to death
Zombie horses loot this egg to death
