Spectral Abilities - Become a ghost

Description

This datapack will allow you to gain spectral abilities such as transforming into a ghost, possession or even flying.

Ritual

To gain the spectral abilities you have to do a ritual :
first create the altar :




white_candle x4
black_candle x4
amethyst_block x12
chiseled_quartz_block x1

after creating the altar, you will have to drag one mob (see list below)



and drop a nether star on it.
Once done the ritual will be completed and you will have gained spectral abilities

Form Normal

Ghost Form	15	You go in your ghost form for 8 seconds.	12 s	You can fly, are invisibile and can go throught the blocks
Invisibility	15	You go invisible	0.5 s	To deactivate the invisibility just sneak when selecting this ability
Hybrid Form	∅	Turn you into your hybrid from	∅	∅
Haunting	10	You call upon the other spirits to haunt your target	15 s	Haunting in 4 times, see below
Possesion	20	You take possession over your target	20 s	don't work with player, to deactivate sneak when selecting this ability. Give you the bonus of the mob. If the mob can fly, you will be able to fly (selecting slot 5)

Form Hybrid

Ectoplasmic Ray	10	Shot a Ectoplasmic ray dealing 10 magic damage and giving weaking for 10 s to the target	1.5 s	∅
Mind Reading	10	Use your spiritual connection to read the mind of the nearest entity and knowing its position and health	2.5 s	Give an effect of glowing for the entity in a distance of maximum 15 blocks. Give you the detail of the life and position of the nearest entity
Flight	∅	Allow you to fly when sneaking. Jump and sneak to activate the fly	∅	∅
Normal Form	∅	Turn back into your normal form	∅	∅
Ecto-vision	∅	Your ghost physiology allow you to see in the dark	∅	∅
Ecto-body	∅	In your hybrid form your body become visible and intangible. You don't take any damage nor the hunger trigger you.	∅	∅
Slow Recovery	∅	In the Hybrid form, your spectral energy is regenerating more slowly than in Normal form or the power off.	∅	1 Energy each 4 seconds

How to use the abilities

To activate/deactivate the power you just drop the power off/on

The datapack use a system of sneak + selecting a slot to activate/deactivate the abilities.
it start from the first slot (0).
to help you know wich abilities you will use it will be colored in a lighter shade.

Cooldown

After using an ability, you will have a short cooldown before using it again. The cooldown is represented by the color red

(here I'm selecting Hybrid Form and all the other abilities are in cooldown)

Haunting

The haunting abilities work in 4 times and have different effect

- First effect when activating the ability
  * 8 lightning bolt damage
  * weakness, slowness, mining fatgue, nausea, darkness, hunger
  * bad omen infinite

- 2nd haunting happen after 20 second
  * 8 lightning bolt damage
  * levitation ,nausea ,darkness, slowness, weakness, mining fatigue

- 3rd haunting happen after 60 second
  * 10 lightning bolt damage
  * weakness, mining fatigue,slowness, hunger
  

-4th haunting (and last) happen after 120 second
  * 8 lightning bolt damage
  * weakness, slowness, wither, mining fatgue, nausea, darkness, hunger
