Spellbooks, their powers and cooldowns
/Function spells:giveallbooks to get all books!
Dragon Breath Spellbook - Obtained by killing the ender dragon, summons a cloud of dragon's breath where the player is looking, cooldown is 25 second
Gift of Music Spellbook - Obtained by killing a wandering trader with a drop chance of 20%, summons a cloud of music where the player is looking that heals you and other people in the cloud, cooldown is 30 seconds.
Arrow Rain Spellbook - Obtained by killing a skeleton with a drop chance of 2.5%, summons 3 layers of 9 arrows above the place where the player is looking, cooldown is 10 seconds
Evoker Fangs Spellbook - Obtained by killing an evoker with a drop chance of approximately 2.9%, summons 6 evoker fangs in the direction the player is looking, cooldown is 1 second (and 5 ticks)
Firering Spellbook - Obtained by killing a blaze with a drop chance of approximately 3.33%, shoots 3 small fireballs in each weather arc of the player (north, south, east, west), cooldown is 3 seconds
(Easter egg Spellbook - Obtained by killing a cow with a drop chance of 1%, cooldown is 30 seconds, find out what it does yourself)

also if you wanna have a higher chance to get this all use this command for a looting 1000 sword
