Star Wars Pack

This datapack adds lots of features inspired by the star wars movies!

Join our minecraft server!

Don't forget to download the resource pack as the datapack won't fully work otherwise! It is also recommended to use unicode font (Options>Language>Force Unicode Font) in order to be able to read the tutorial book fully.

The resourcepack is compatable with optifine to create glowing teaxtures for the lightsabers, and shaders are recommended, as they can enable better looking glowing textures and better shading on the otherwise relatively unshaded models.

Setup

Firstly, you will need to download the datapack and resourcepack.

Datapack:

If you are creating a new world, select "Datapacks" in the world options and then select "open datapacks folder" now take the datapack file and drag it into that folder.

If you want to install it into an exsistiong world, go to the .minecraft folder by pressing Windows+R and then typing %appdata% into the search field. Now navigate to the saves folder and go into your save file. Open the datapacks folder and then drag the datapack into that folder. If you are currently in the world, don't forget to leave and rejoin for the dimensions to load properly! When you rejoin you'll see a warning screen about experimental features. This is a good time to make a backup if you want to.


How to play

When you join a new world with the star wars datapack installed, you will now be given a tutorial book to help you understand how to access features and what crafting recipes there are. If you haven't gotten one, type /trigger starwarspack.tutorial_book in chat.

Uninstall

To uninstall this datapack, run /function starwarspack:uninstall/uninstall

To remove all content related to the pack from your world, run /function starwarspack:uninstall/remove_content
