To install, download the .ZIP file and paste its contents into your world's folder. Remember to use the /reload command once you're in game - If the pack initialized properly, it will tell you so in chat. You can then read the in-game guide for further information.

This is a bug on Minecraft's part where something still shows on an armor stand even after it's been removed from the data itself. There isn't a whole lot I can do about it.
Unload and reload the chunk and it should fix itself.
