Tokyo´s eye is an ender eye and it has some special abilities

After holding it in the second hand you get blindness,slowness and enderman particles appear around you
every mob in a 16 block radius gets glowing and every mob in a 5 block radius gets inmobile (except for flying mobs)

You get tokyo´s eye after killing the ender dragon

To get tokyo´s eye with cheats use this command:
/advancement grant @s only minecraft:end/kill_dragon

Yes unfortunately i didn't find a way to right click detect but instead i will start to drop detect specific items!
