How to install Minecraft Data Packs

This datapack displays the total mined blocks of player. Press TAB to show scores.

type "/function minedblocks:uninstall" to uninstall. Uninstalling the datapack will reset all score.

" /datapack enable "file/minedblocks" " to reinstall.


Total Mined Blocks was made in Minecraft version 1.16.5 so it won't work for versions 1.15 and under. It will probably work for other 1.16 versions. Punching, chopping, digging, or any methods to break a block by hand (in survival) is considered as mining. The name of the objective is "mined_blocks", so if you want to display it somewhere...

I created this because I was trying to detect a player breaking ANY block. I edited it a little so it will count instead. It is a pain in the back writing all 763 scoreboard objective in "mined" criteria.

Current version is for Minecraft 1.17. If you wish to download for previous version:

As you break any blocks in survival, your score increases. Press TAB key on your keyboard to show the score.

Does it work in single player games or only on servers?
