tpa screen

using the new dialog feature, I created a simple TPA screen that includes the player head and distance from you

* to run the TPA you can press G or click the new "TPA" button option in the pause menu

* after entering the dialog press the "refresh player" button to see all the available players to request
* after refreshing the players list, press any of the players DISTANCE text to request teleportation

* if you get a TPA request click the green "teleport him" text to teleport him to you
