Made a datapack for the Youtuber Skunkmunkee that focuses on the aspect of Twerking... in order to grow trees.

Thats it, that's what this whole datapack is about...

  • Literally the only feature is: The ability to grow all types of trees just by the power of twerking. For some reason I took a ton of time and made a lot of code for something so simple.

Note this datapack requires you to look at all the saplings that you want to twerk to grow. This is due to Minecraft's limitations or my bad coding.



Installation of the Datapack:

  • Unzip the datapack file


  • Go to your world's datapack folder in .minecraft\saves\ur_save and place the datapack file in side


  • Reload the world by either exiting and rejoing or by typing "/reload" into chat

I will be making an overhaul of this project that would:
  • Make this datapack more efficient and optimised
  • Add in support for custom trees

Feel free to make your own, especially since this datapack is well outdated

Started tweaking it... Quick question, how do you get the structure block command code thing to build what you want? I haven't messed much around with structure blocks yet, so not 100% sure (more like 0% 😑) of how they work. I've watched videos online, and they didn't help much...

I suggest you use /place instead of structure blocks for the newer versions instead (this pack was made before the command was added).

Yeah, good idea. Also, for random types of trees, I switched out your direction of view to using a loot table instead. More random, and much easier to use

Hello just wanna say that this datapack is very useful for grinding for building material in survival but I did notice something and I'm unsure if this is a feature or a bug, when growing trees the sapling will randomly turn into a redstone block and the sound it makes and the particles will go crazy until the block is mined and a new sapling planted, could the pack author or anyone who understands what this may be please explain?
