UHC Control

Ultra Hardcore (UHC) is a Minecraft PvP custom gamemode first thought up by the Mindcrack SMP group. This data pack allows for the easy setup of UHC games.
This data pack is the UHC Control Core. It is required to enable the basic configuration of the UHC game.

Usage

To set up and initiate the UHC run /function #uhc:admin_setup You will then receive the UHC Control book to configure the options. Please note that admins MUST be in creative mode for full functionality in the book. Once all configurations are complete and players have joined the server and assigned to the correct teams, press the start button.
You can safely uninstall the datapack using /function #uhc:uninstall

Expansions

Expansions are data packs that enable even more customisation of your UHC experience. They can be 'mixed & matched' to suit your tastes. All official expansion packs can be found on the website under the core, along with information about each pack.

Current Expansion Packs

Double Health - Players have doubled health for the duration of the game. This extra health can also be recovered using Potions and Golden Apples.

Down Low Debuffs - Players experience debuffs after a configurable amount of time and when they are below an increasing y-level to encourage them to move toward the surface.

Elytra - Players receive an Elytra with Unbreaking 1 at the beginning of the game.

Golden Heads - Players drop heads when killed by another player. These can be crafted into a Golden Head using 4 Gold Ingots. Golden Heads give Absorption, Regeneration and Resistance when consumed.

Uncluttering - Loot tables are altered so that you have less clutter in your inventory. Stone Variants drop Cobblestone when mined with a non-Silk Touch Pickaxe, and Chickens all lay the same type of Egg.

This pack can be found for Minecraft: Java Edition in version 1.21.1 - 1.21.11.To submit suggestions or bug reports, head over to the feedback page. For support and to receive the first announcements of new or updated packs, join the discord server.

Thanks for the idea, this pack is not near being fully complete yet. Those sorts of things will happen once the actual functionality is fully in place.

Hi. I tried to install de DP.
Unfortunatly, when I enter the world after installing it, I spawn at the fixed location 0 253 0, and there is no way to move myself in any gamemode.

Any suggestion?

The pack tps you to that point until you are added to team 0. This is done once you have run the /function uhc_utils:setup command. This is as a work around to issues with the /setworldspawn command that does not seem to be functioning as expected. Once you have run the setup function, you should get barrier blocks placed below you.

Interesting. Are different scenarios planned or in the pack?

Also, if you'd like, I can translate this to french.

What do you mean by scenarios?

Also, thanks for the offer of translating, I think it will wait until after the pack is fully fleshed out so that time is not wasted if I do some major changes. I will keep it in mind though :D

As in for starters, something like:

-----------------
Essential Scenarios
-----------------

- Cut Clean: All ores and sand mined are turned into their smelted varients, upon being broken.
- Timber: All connected logs get immediately broken when you break one.
- Haste: All tools recieve efficiency 2, and unbreaking 1, and the player gets permanent haste 1.

------------------
Gamechanging scenarios
------------------

- Host Damage: Any time the host takes damage (usually the owner is the host), every other player takes the amount of damage, when they take it.
- Highground Link: The player at the highest Y level dies every minute.
- Lowground Link: The player at the lowest Y level dies every minute.
Etc

Ah, yes. I plan on making what I am calling "Expansions" in the future and will also encourage others to do so. These will also be found on my website and I will also link to those that other people have created.

Thanks for the ideas, too, I have added them to my notes. :D
