This is a simple example pack on how to add a custom pig variant, make it spawn in any biome, and give it a custom loot drop.
How it Works:
This pack tests for one of several mobs that can spawn in the nether, than randomly replaces one with a "warped" variant of pig. The warped pig drops special warped pork-chops (that don't really do anything special).
Feel free to use this pack as a framework to create your own data-packs.
NOTE: this pack only works in versions 25w02a+ (although a similar pack might work with wolf variants in previous versions).
