Water helmet (BETA) V3

The data pack allows a helmet to be used to breathe underwater, put a conduit in right hand to get helmet then take off of right hand and it will stay unless you take it off from inventory. I added the leather function for a sort of like water suit feel and the helmet will give you night vision so you can see underwater and the leather will give you dolphins grace so you can ride really fast. Also this is the best data pack for water ravines, Also sand randomly drops nautilus shells.
