Wither Remover

This datapack kills a wither shortly after it is spawned as well as any other withers in the world while still allowing nether stars to be dropped. This is mainly useful for players who want to bypass the actual wither fight or for server owners that want an easy solution to prevent players from wither griefing without using plugins. The datapack function loops every 5 seconds to help game performance.
