I had a question about the contest. Can I use a mod like the printer mod to help with artwork?
The rules say I can use map editing tools. The printer mod is a tool and it edits the map, so it should be considered a map editing tool. BUT, the rules alos say "Do not use 3D or 2D auto conversion / import scripts." whatever that means. It also says I can't use mods that introduce new blocks, but what if I destroy the printer block at the end? can I still use it?
Please let me know what you think (Mods )!!!!

Oh, that should be fine, the main issue with mods in the contest is making things that only appear in mods, removing the printer afterwords should work.
No, no, no that's not what I mean... Here, what they use in this vid ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VLPzHWwqmlo ) is what I want to use. I still have to design the image myself, it just saves me time from placing blocks indivdually
If what you are asking is "Can I use a mod to build an image from a file rather than building it myself" then no, if not then please clarify what you mean.
i think you may have just found a loophole in Da rules (Nick reference)
