Good Texture Pack Making Websites?

So, I really need a good way to create texture packs. I found a really good site but then...it doesn't work for Mac computers. Does anyone have a good texture pack making website that can work for Mac? Thanks!

It's not quite a pack maker, but there are a lot of presets to use.

Paint.NET and GIMP are both free image editors. I suggest Paint.NET, I find it easier to use, although GIMP will provide you more features in the long run.
Exactly how does it not work for Mac? Websites should be compatible on all platforms.
I would assume he is referring to a site like novaskin, which has an in-browser editor.
I would start by learning to use some image editting software instead of using those sites. Not only will anything you create be vastly superior to what they are capable of. You'll also be able to use this experience for a plethora of other things, wether you create magazine covers for a living or silly dank memes, whatever strikes your fancy.
