So I want to make a texture pack, But I don't want to buy WinRAR. And I used to use this program called Workbench, but I can't find it again! any help please?

WimRAR is free. I got it a few weeks ago, but I still prefer 7Zip. To make a texture pack, you don't even need either program. They are helpful though...

i did that with a t. pack, and figured it out. if you can find me a file with minecraft's default texture, i can tell you how to make one.
(pack must be 1.8 or 1.9)

You can use 7zip instead of WinRAR
