The Problem Is A Cant Do Tools. i Have Tryed But It Doesnt Work. Neither With Grass, Roses and The Flowers. I Can To The Blocks But I Need Help.

Don't use a pen tablet... it's even tougher.
Use a pen tablet. Wacom has many cool ones.
i know how to do it. i just need some people to create ome 16x16 items
I use Paint.NET for mine.
PAINT.NET is a program that a lot of skinners and texture pack makers use. It's virus free and easy to manipulate (Not that I know how)

I agree with woody, I use paint.net for my texture packs.
GIMP is also a good one. Free too.

How? If you find it hard to draw out the items, then that's a problem on your side, because you'll be be struggling.
Can you be more specific? Why can't you do it? it shouldn't be different from the blocks. I hope you aren't using Microsoft Paint.
