I personally like Alienware laptops, if you have the money.

Note: To anyone about to hate, this is an opinion of mine, the op can make the comparison on his own

They are actually pretty light, and have a nice, new design.
I believe they just got this design a year or two ago.

This is mine. I picked it up a while ago brand new for $400. If you can look around a bit you could find it cheaper. It's 2.5 Ghz quad core, 8GB RAM. It runs great.
I constantly use a 512 texturepack on Minecraft and experience no lag ever, even when it rains. I also always have like 20 some tabs on Chrome open, FileZilla, Skype, MC, tons of folders open, and more as I'm a server owner. This is plenty enough for casual gaming.

Edit: It is AMD, which turns a good amount of people away, but there's no issues with the CPU.
http://prntscr.com/7vazlp This is what it looks like now. 20% CPU usage and 80% RAM usage with all of the above open, I have 17 Chrome tabs open, MC, Skype, FileZilla, and 8 folders up. Not noticing any bit of delay.

seijinshuWhy laptops? They are heavily over priced envelopes with poor specs. If you want to game, build a gaming computer. It is the cheapest option and you get some good experience with computers. Laptops are very pricey gimmicky things that some people think are the only computers in the world.

Rant aside, build a gaming desktop. If you need something to carry around all the time for gaming, then get a laptop (most people with gaming laptops end up gaming only in one location).

I want something that I can carry around, but play minecraft and maybe cities skylines on. (And maybe stream Minecraft)

If you must have a laptop, and all you're playing on it is Minecraft and Cities: Skylines as you said, you really don't need a "gaming" laptop. If I may suggest something like this laptop, as it is thin, light, portable, and has enough processing and graphics power to keep things rolling. I would also suggest upgrading your RAM and your storage should you want, using these parts. Although there is less storage, it should be lightning fast, and you can always use the old hard drive as an external one should you need more storage.

However, as I know others have suggested it, I would like to implore you build a PC. It's quite easy, as these videos will show you:

[yt]ibrFh6Ogzh8[/yt]

As you can see, people young and old can do it. It's not very hard, I promise. Plus, you get a lot of performance in a small package, as they do make PCs that can fit into backpacks.

For example, this AMD-based build will have MUCH better performance than the laptop, costs 3/4 of your budget, and fits in a backpack. It would be a wise investment to go with that. On the Intel side, you can go with a build like this and stomp both the laptop and the AMD-based build, at the cost of going over your budget (Windows will be another 100 euros).

Regardless of what you choose, good luck!

i think for 4 to 9 year olds that like puzzles they would love to build a pc lol and if they want a pc that can play gta5 or something then msg me and ill send you the thing for where my mom got my pc

edit: that fit in a spoiler lol

Slightly over your budget (I believe, I'm not good with Euro to Dollar conversions.), but it will do everything you want to do with it, and more I believe.

i5 will run everything you want without problems, but if you ever expand and get into bigger games, an i7 will hold its own a little better.

When would you be streaming / playing and not at home at the same time.
You don't need a gaming laptop for the games you listed, you just need one with either integrated Intel graphics (like the Intel HD Graphics 4400), an AMD APU, or something along the lines of a GeForce 840m.

Its not like buying a Ferrari* rather than a kit car, since the difference between something like a 458 is hundreds of thousands of dollars more than some fiero kit car.

It's like buying a BMW M3 for three times the money because someone put a Pagani logo on it.

You aren't going to find a "gaming laptop" that works well, I would just get a dell laptop or something with a good CPU, GPU, and 4-8 gb's of ram for around your budget.

and to anyone that says dell makes bad computers, you don't know what you are talking about at all.

Alienware's aren't even good.

Except it's more like taking a Mustang, putting a BMW body on it, then throwing a Pagani logo on it.

Alienwares overheat, have cheap hardware inside them, and also from what I've seen, not the best customer support. Their PSU's are pure garbage, and so are the motherboards.
You'd be better off with a desktop + a normal laptop for light gaming and basic needs.

And if you want to build a pc, check out this website: http://pcpartpicker.com/
It has a bunch of people that submit their builds, so you can find parts that fit your price range.
Or check this laptop out: http://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-VN7-5 ... 3012497011
Amazon should ship to Europe

Check this one out. It's a little over 1,000 Euro, but it should work perfectly.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... -_-Product

If you don't need a laptop, I would recommend building a desktop, as it will be cheeper, and you'll get higher end parts at a lower price, but I can understand you needing a laptop.
